The Flora and Fauna
Birdwatchers will also find this trail rewarding; the dense canopy above teeming with birdlife, from the melodious calls of the bulbul to the swift flight of the kite, the avian world here is vibrant and ever-present.
The area is also a botanist’s dream, with a variety of ferns, orchids, and perhaps the occasional blooming azalea. And again, that Silver Grass is STUNNING!

From here, follow the well-marked path leading to West Buffalo Hill.
The route is a blend of steep climbs and relaxing flat stretches, offering a varied hiking experience. While you can follow the main trail, this side trail is a more direct route.
